Rated 3 out of 5 by azbarb from Some weird features 1st: no explanation of how to use the flip shelf. it looks like it's permanently attached to the other shelf. went to u tube and found a video. 2nd: you have to turn off the water supply to change the filter which they want you to do twice a year. my water supply line in behind the refrigerator on it's own line. i'm 81 years old. how am i supposed to do this? 3rd: the design of the bins on the door with the icemaker is insane. the ice maker design is awful. i had a kenmore elite with the icemaker compactly in the door. we had a power surge that killed that fridge and i had to hurry and buy something. i'm just praying that it works better than it was designed.

Rated 1 out of 5 by francisco from support is TERRIBLE. freezer not working for over a month and samsung only uses certain companies to work on their products and the companies they use suck. we have been waiting to hear back from technician for price on repair for over 2 weeks and samsung wont do anything other than continuously escalate promise to call us back and never do. never will i buy samsung again or recommend. they also recommended i use other service providers and that will cost me more money as i already paid for first company to come out and troubleshoot. samsung is the worst and don't stand behind their products or contractors they hire stay away.

Rated 3 out of 5 by 7 Grand kids from Great refrigerator, could be better there is plenty of room for every thing. i realy love my new refregerator . the sheilfs are adjustable. there is plenty of room in the freezer, the upper sheilf keeps everything aranged and organised. it's easy to clean and take care of. the finger print resistant exterier was a great ideal. the ice maker is a real disapointment. it is the slowest as far as despencing that i ever owned. the left upper sheilf lacks what i feel is enough suppout. i am fear putting anything like a gallion of milk on it because it seems so flimsy.

Rated 1 out of 5 by Hann from Failed within one week of install within 1 week of install this refrigerator stopped working. i immediately reached out to samsung but the soonest available appointment for repairs is 3 weeks from the date of inquiry. i'm without a refrigerator to store food and all my food that was in the fridge is spoiled. they said they will compensate me for spoiled food, but that won't occur until after the unit is fixed. as a consumer, i am disappointed with the urgency samsung has demonstrated here. i highly discourage purchasing products from samsung based on their inability to fulfill their customer obligations to deliver trustworthy and dependable products. additionally, their inability to act with urgency to solve this issue demonstrates no loyalty to their customers and has completely eliminated all trust i had in their brand.

Repair man said the problem with the ice maker is a common one for these fridges. Now, the ice maker has somehow shredded itself in the back and is spitting out sharp pieces of plastic out with our ice. My sister has a samsung and has to remove all produce, defrost it, then start it back up again. Our fridge fan started making a really loud noise as well that will stop when we open the door, then start back up again. This will randomly happen from time to time but is so loud we can hear it on the other side of the house. I would never buy samsung again..

Rated 1 out of 5 by Sherry from Worst Refrigerator I've ever owned. this unit is one of the most impressively beautiful and expensive refrigerators out of all that i had the option of buying. i loved it the moment i'd seen it. it also has been the worst refrigerator i've ever owned. the ice maker has stopped working on multiple occasions, and twice the water lines got cracks in them and flooded my basement. a week ago we'd lost power and the communication center is blinking 1/2 letters and numbers and can not be used. which means i can not change the temperatures etc. if i had the choice again i would pass on this model. it has been nothing but problems.

There is a group on FB with nearly 40K members all reporting the same issue. These appliances have a design flaw, Run don't walk to a different brand.

Rated 5 out of 5 by fancy44 from Model no. RF25HMIDBSR Just got the fridge yesterday. Love how big a 32 7/8" Samsung French Door Refrigerator is with Flex zone. Our delivery men were great, knew exactly what they were doing. Had to go thru a 32" dining room door. There were no issues whatsoever. We have everything up and running now. I know the Ice maker problem was fixed in the 2021 models, so I hope we don't have any problems. When I read reviews several months ago, a person said you always have to make sure the left door is closed first, that is just wrong. You can open and close either side one at a time as you wish.
